    You explained illocutionary speech very well, and your examples helped a lot. However, the video section was too fast which made them unhelpful.

In the last video, your answers are just possible, so there will be other answers depending on who analyzes those utterances.     some acts are possible. especially declaring statements. speech acts are quite difficult as there are many considerations to make. but knowing the basic, is enough.Promising is an act of perloctionary..(doing and sayin at the same time)

    opening or closing meeting is more of declarative...it depends upom how you explain it. directives are more of inviting, encouraging, recommending
