Thank you so much for the reactions! I've been listening to K-Pop since 2008 and I can confidently say that ONF is one of those groups that have a very distinct sound from the usual K-Pop. They have a lot of structurally interesting songs that I think you would appreciate! If you guys have time, you can listen to _Asteroid, Yayaya,_ and _Fly Me to the Moon,_ these have amazing arrangements.

무슨 말인지 하나도 못 알아 듣겠는데 이 노래가 개 쩌는 노래라는건 알겠다

the composer did a very good job of making "moscow moscow" actually sound like an old russian/soviet song. when i first heard it, it sounded so familiar to me, as if i'd heard it before. it always makes me nostalgic for all those televised new year's eve concerts with old russian pop stars i would watch as a child. i can't put a finger on what exactly makes it sound "russian", but i find that a lot of heize's songs have that feel to them too (songs like "diary" and "first sight" for example). as always, thank you for your hard work🤍

that's what i said when i first heard it ! they managed to make it sound (eastern-)european somehow, and being european myself i was honestly impressed. this song reminds me of my trip to poland, there were a lot of musicians playing traditional music on the streets of krakow which sounded eerily similar to this...

the eastern european sound yes... also i dont speak any slavic languages so i have this impression as an outsider but it feels like the raps delivery kinda sounded like russian speech, i found that interesting

김이나 작사가님이 모스코 모스코를 추천하시면서 그러셨죠. 멤버들의 멋진 보컬 뒤에서 황현 작곡가님이 클래식 역량을 마음껏 뽐낸 곡이라고... 전공자 분들이 하는 말은 못 알아듣지만 화음이나 코드진행에 대해서 놀라워하는걸 보니까 그때 했던 이야기가 새삼 실감나네요. 온앤오프×황현은 사랑입니다!!

작사가 김이나 님께서 라디오에서 ㅎ빈이 망발한 곡들중 하나라길래 어떻길래 그런가 하고 들어보고 이분은 화성악에 대해 능통한 사람이다 라며 알아보니 한양대 작곡과 클래식 전공 이라 하시네요 작곡가를 찾아봤더니 황현 작곡가 님이셨고 윤상 키드 인 분이시라고 하더라고요

​​@@user-qd2zo3rw5s대중 음악쪽에 한양대 작곡과 출신이 몇 분 있는데 고 유재하, 김형석, 정재형 그리고 황현씨 있는 걸로 알고 있습니다. 윤상 키드는... 황현씨가 만든 곡 듣다보면 윤상씨 느낌과 비슷한 곡도 있더라고요. (강수지-잊으라니vs 온옾 별일아냐, timing이랑 message 같은 미디움 템포곡) 다른 곳의 댓글서 그런 얘기 본 적도 있고요. (유키카-그늘→황현씨 곡인데 윤상 느낌 난다) 이건 약간 다른 얘기긴 한데 예전에 아이유씨"나만 몰랐던 이야기" 작곡은 윤상, 편곡은 황현씨가 했고, 아키에이지라는 온라인게임 음악감독을 윤상씨가 했었는데 그 음악팀에 황현씨가 속해있었죠.

와 찾았다 민균님 목소리 진짜 '가늘지만 튼튼한 소리' 감탄했다 딱 저 표현이야

I keep replaying the part when they praised MK’s voice. His voice is really one of a kind. Sad that people are 50/50 about it but being complimented here, i dont care anymore. Many composers and now even classical musicians like his voice.

i love his voice especially when he sings on lower note, i feel like everything hit differently when he did that. such a unique voice..

This song is sooooo good. As expected from Monotree since they are insanely good. Been a fan of them for ages with their Loona songs being my fav and their Infinite and Nine Muses songs back when they were with Sweetune were also crazy good

This reminds me of the soviet cartoon "Верните Рекса". Taking into account that the cartoon is hella sad, I feel this vibe in the song, and it gives me some nostalgic feeling, which I cannot explain.
