*sigh* It was just pointed out to me that elixir of water walking was added in patch 2.3 during the Burning Crusade 😔 as well as the fact that I didn’t highlight the fire resistance potions usability in core raids and boss fights. That’s 2 things I sort of missed so far! Bear with me I’ll be making a follow up video after this series polishing all of the mistakes. :) thanks for being so understanding, I’m pulling most of this information from ClassicDB which is notorious for having misinformation. I’ll do my best to research and pick my friends brains so I can produce great quality guides for you all!

Alex Fyfe dude it’s pretty insane... It definitely is one of the best I’m telling you, half the reason people are so good is because they run around with buffs all day lol it’s gonna blow your mind some of the recipes that are in alchemy! I can’t wait to cover them!

Really liked this guide and your voice is really entertaining! Rolling an Orc Warlock when Classic drops and I plan to train herb/alch. Didn't realize how helpful the potions i'd be making along the way will be. Can't wait!!

Alchemy makes bank that's for sure vanilla had this great synergy where every item worked together tailors needed potions for specific robes , Raiders needed protection pots for aoe fights , Try hards want flasks for overkill dps , quests need all kinds of silly pots and getting to arcanite transmute before 40 basically refunds the cost of leveling it and gives you passive income the rest of the game

A good start for Classic+ would be filling out the professions. Fix the broken leather working sets. Add in more level appropriate gear that would actually be used and wanted for all crafting. Add synergy between the professions. Add in the buff storage device to engineers, this is so obvious that only blizz could see this and add it to a vendor for gold.

Andrew Barrett depends on how you want to play. If your smart about your leveling route and you run dungeons I think you’ll get enough gear that would overcome the benefits of being a tailor during leveling. Alchemy is sooooo fun during the leveling route because those health and mana potions are going to save your butt on more than one occasion 😁 everybody and their mother will be going alchemy herb come launch I would imagine though! Tailoring is great end game as well so keep that in mind. You could craft gear for your Alts with it. So maybe level alchemy and herbalism 1-60 and save all the cloth up you find and drop alchemy at 60 and boost tailoring 👍🏼

Noobelli it just depends on what you want out of the leveling process. If your smart about it I think you can run enough dungeons leveling up which would substitute the gear made from leatherworking from 1-60. So may be level with alchemy and then drop it and pick up LW!

Skinning / leather working is fun but slow to level and not as useful as herb / alch...I know because my rogue back in the day was and still is skinning / leather working

haha i just finished the last vid on alchemy for now... I've got a strategy on how I'm gonna cover the rest of these professions so i can cover them all a little quicker :DDDD and Engineering is next lol I'm a little scared just cause its gonna be so badass!!!

Very well done Great Video but definately doesnt cover everything or how to level alchemy

Maybe it's just my server's economy, but Alchemy right now feels like a complete waste of a profession. Every herb on the AH is priced so tightly, that the alchemists making the potions are breaking even if they were to buy the herbs from the AH. Meaning that it's better to just pick the herbs and sell, then waste a valuable profession slot on Alchemy.

Why does NOBODY tell where to learn 225 to 300 in these "guides"

Fire Resistance Potion is a big deal. you kinda just glanced over it.

@@Graysfordays yes same with the Nature Resistance potions for AQ those ones are more important, unless the damage values on Pservers are off and classic will hit harder than Pservers you don't "need" them in MC and BWL but they do help a ton. where in AQ the Nature pots are really helpful. There's also Frost Resistance potions which will be helpful for Sap in Naxx
