    The cow is voiced by Frank Nelson, best known for his appearances on The Jack Benny Program where he said "Yeeessss?" The fox is voiced by Paul Frees, aka Boris Badenov from the Rocky & Bullwinkle Show, imitating Peter Lorre. The turtle is Ralph James, best known as the voice of Orson from Mork & Mindy. The owl is voiced by Paul Winchell, of course, the voice of Tigger from Winnie-the-Pooh. The narrator at the end is Herschel Bernardi, a Yiddish theater actor, who, for a time, was Tevye in Fiddler on Broadway.

    OMG, THIS IS THE VERY FIRST TIME I'VE SEEN THIS PIECE FROM MY CHILDHOOD IN ITS ENTIRETY. I DO NOT why they had to leave out the cow (voiced by Frank Nelson, one of comedian Jack Bunny's sidekicks with his catchphrase "Yesssss!!!!") and the fox (unless somebody had thought not to encourage kids to wearing glasses 24/7, it'll give them severe long-term eye problems). But in either case, still a fun-filled nostalgic trip down memory lane, thanks for the upload 😊👍

  • @classicpinball9873

    @classicpinball9873

    most people remember it like that because the original phrasing doesn't make sense - of course the center of a tootsie pop is the tootsie pop center why is it necessary to say that? Some people just remember it as the center of a tootsie pop since it makes more sense in their head so thats the memory that sticks
