Elf has always had amazing products.

I love that An has such a gentle and soft voice and is so nice and has this whole kind aura to her on the voiceovers but when she shows her whole face she has this full femme fatale model-like look, no matter the makeup. The girl’s been blessed with an amazing bone structure. It’s like her VoiceOver is 💁‍♀️ and her full face is 💃.

This is absolutely beautiful and classic. This is what I miss on KZread nowadays

Those little Bite Sized palettes are just awesome! I have the ones you used here as well as the other nude-ish one and they're what I'm tending to reach for most these days. I think Elf came out with their own putty type eye primers recently - they're supposed to be Paint Pot dupes I think. You might want to check their website.

My question is this: Could you please advise the best way to create this look on women who are in their 50's/60's? Please discuss the hooded eye syndrome and eyes that are closer together. I have used MAC for years, but it is very expensive. Thank you for the advice regarding products that are more affordable! Blessings!!!!

Hey gorgeous An! I love everything you create! I'm not a neutral girl but this look is so beautiful I'd actually consider recreating it! AMAZING what you can create with a 3$ Pallette!! Anyway I'd love to see more tutorials of a "cutcrease" look without having to cut the crease 🤔 if that makes sense? I have hooded eyes and they have like, " extra skin" which makes a cutcrease look horrible on me! Even if I cut it above my natural crease it just gets lost!🤷🏽‍♀️😩 So if you could please help with looks like that I'd greatly appreciate it! Also the more colorful the better!!! I love all of your tutorials. If you can buy "Milani" their eyeshadow primer is in a tube but it is so close to Mac eye shadow primer and it is very inexpensive. It covers the eye just like Painterly does. And it last just as well as Mac.

Have to disagree… please help me know what I’m doing wrong! I’m using Milani eye primer now (second eye primer I’ve ever used. Only ever used the E.l.f. one in the tube before this one). This is week 2, and it doesn’t prevent creasing or a slightly greasy look in my eyeshadow, blending seems patchier to me, and I often encounter these little granules (like pieces of sand in appearance) in the formula that doesn’t smooth out after application

Do you think that the elf pot primer works as good or close to the mac paint pot?

You should try the Elf putty eye primer. Its in a pot and has a similar texture to MAC paint pots. Its an affordable option. I use the elf putty primer in rose.

I saw in a video something I though was brillant : she put translucent powder under her eyes and on the side of her eyes to make sure the winged part was sharp and also to make sure that no makeup falls under the eyes. It's super easy to clean up after! I don't know if everybody knows that trick, but I though it was amazing and genius!

Hi Anook!! Love the eye look. I think you can wear any color, but can you do a nice daytime neutral (summer) eye & lip look that would include colors that look great on a range of brown skin girls (medium & dark skin tone)? That’s what I think many of us would like to see-when you can.Thank you.
