Classic Movie Couples || Fallin' For You

Here with another Classic Movie Couples video and I am in the middle of 2 more right now too lol since there is always more films I want to get in, I wanted to kind of narrow it down to genre videos, although I still had to leave out a lot I like lol it's just impossible to get them all in. This one is comedy/musical/adventure/swashbucklers etc. so all lighthearted movies and couples to suit the song.
I normally wouldn't have chosen this song but there is a Classic Movies video with this song on it from over a decade ago uploaded by ‪@elvisobsessor‬ and I've always loved it so I wanted to make my own fun video to the song.
Anyone who is subscribed to me for 80s videos, when I finish the 2 classic movies ones I'm working on, I plan on making more 80s videos after that.
I worked hard on this so as if anyone sees, I hope you enjoy it, any likes or comments are appreciated :)

Glad you posted the list of movies. I've only seen a few of them yet many of the stars are easily identified and iconic. Excellent job of cinematography as usual, and the use of colour vs black and white. Great stuff!

As always thank you, always love seeing your comments, and I do worry when making them about the cinematography so it's good to hear that you think it's good. On the topic of movies I've been meaning to ask you if you have any 80s movies recomendations? I wanted to watch some new 80s movies before I made another 80s video but haven't gotten around to watching much new ones so it's stalled me in making one.

@@TheEndOfTheMoon well thats an interesting request. I looked back at some of your old videos to remind me of what you like and I see a lot of "couples" and some quirks too. I also see you did Time Runs Wild, which I forgot was your video, that is one of my absolute favourite things I have ever seen on you tube. So I'm going to try and list a few that I think you would like that are real quality movies (sometimes I like movies which like my taste in 80's music I realize is a bit junky, so will try and stick with more quality), and pick out some that you may not have seen. Going to concentrate on 1980-1984. If you have seen any of these let me know what you thought of them so I know what you like. 'Breaker Morant (if you like things like Bridge Over the River Kwai) The Gods Must be Crazy (if you like quirky comedies this is outstanding) Arthur (a mature love story) An Officer and a Gentleman (another love story, a melodrama) The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (if you like musical comedies) Tootsie (very mature) Class of 1984 (not a great movie, but cool to see some stars when they were younger) All the Right Moves (underrated young Tom Cruise movie) The Big Chill (perhaps the ultimate Baby Boomer transition to Gen-X movie) Eddie and The cruisers (strange, unique, moody) Trading Places (just straight out funny) WarGames (if you havent seen it, a quintessential movie of the 80's) Flashdance (another quintessential) Amadeus (a movie about Mozart, sounds boring, but I saw it as a 15 year old headbanger and thought it was one of the best movies I ever saw at the time, actually very funny) Pope of Greenwich Village (very underrated character piece, Mickey Rourke and Eric Roberts) And really the staples if you haven't seen any of the following you should really see them as they are just such a great frame of reference. Blues Brothers, On Golden Pond (only if you really like melodramas), E.T., National Lampoon's Vacation, A Christmas Story. Also in 1984 the teen genre really exploded (and got better) many of these would probably have been in your videos so if you haven't seen them these are all great to check out from 1984 (Karate Kid, Footloose, Ghost Busters (not my favourite movie), Gremlins, Sixteen Candles, Splash (again not my favourite), Teachers, and Top Secret! (if you like some slapstick and/or Val Kilmer). You can try Moscow on the Hudson and Micki + Maude if you really like seeing couples movies. And if you happen to really like Eddie and the Cruisers (and/or The Warriors) you can check out Streets of Fire. I wish I had more time to fill in the gap on some movies I missed from the 80's but just never seem to get to it.

I can't believe I only seen this now, I apologize, especially after the trouble you went through listing it all, I have seen a few you listed but haven't seen several, I must check them out, so thanks for recommending these! I am working on another one like the Time Runs Wild video now so one that isn't couples centric, I have all the clips picked out just tryng to decide on a song, I find that's always the hardest part for me. Also yes I am old school hopeless romantic I'm afraid lol so while I do enjoy pretty much all genres, I do love anything that also has romance and a couple in it.

Thanks for tagging me in this. Subbed! Love your selection of clips & the way you put them all together.
