The beef wrap was so good 👌🏼 the syns piled up in making the wrap tho I might have to cut that down in size for future ones or just for special occasions !!! Glad you love the rice it’s my Fav go to 👍🏼

Hi Susan, I have the same Cosori cooker and it's in constant use. Between this and the air fryer the oven is redundant. I make chana dhal and rice in it all the time, but the one feature I use more than I though I would is the sous vide. I got a vac pack machine for about £25 on Amazon and it's changed the way I cook meat and fish, a cheap cut of beef/pork etc. is easily cooked without it turning tough.

You were so brave going straight in with a roast! We tried rice pudding first, granted this was years ago, and it was an absolute disaster, we got a burn notice within seconds and the bottom was completely black 😂 we've gotten better at using it since then. My favourite thing to do in it is a tuscan pasta thing but I haven't been able to make it since the slimming started, I dread to think the calories. Great video as always x

Oh that sounds nice maybe we’ll have to look for a sw alternative ! Honestly the Beef was amazing my husbands really fussy with chewy meat and he loved it as it was so tender x have a fab weekend C x

Hi Claire, I enjoy your videos. My daughter is also fussy. When I make bolognese, I blend tin tomatoes with carrots, peppers, and celery, and she loves it xx

Looks good ! I dont have anymore room on my benches for another gadget . I like a few others have scary memories of pin shooting out of old style pressure cooker 😳

Yes me too I had a ninja previously and now have their air fryer which has replaced my ninja I loved my ninja but k love this more mainly because it’s bigger and I like the glass front. I don’t have a comparison with the pressure cooker but impressed with it so far 👍🏼

Hi Claire you can release the steam yourself you don’t have to wait I have the same pressure cooker it is so easy and safe

I had a pressure cooker in the early 70’s. Never used one since 😮 Might be complicated, I’m 72 and easily confused 😂 I enjoy all your vlogs, I’m doing SW too and have lost 2 stones

Sometimes it’s best to stick with what you know everything I cooked can be done in the slow cooker or oven so if you wanted to recreate you’d just need to tweak your times xxx

Spaghetti bolognese is good 😊 and it’s something my 9 year old will eat. She’s becoming more fussy with food lol 😂 ❤xxx

Mine are so fussy I still have to make them a separate one unless I blend that veg there is no way they would eat it 🤦🏻‍♀️ I always said I wouldn’t be that mum 😂 but here I am 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi Claire, I’m loving these meals that you’re showing us. I tried the slow cooker rice pudding from a few videos ago and it’s now a regular in my house and I am super excited to try the Yorkshire pudding wraps. Glad you love the pressure cooker, when I got mine about a year ago it was amazing and I rarely have to use my oven now! Thank you for continuing to share your journey and the recipes with us all, I find them really motivating and inspiring ❤

Oh Claire the memory of my mums old Pressure Cooker in 70's a mad hissing beast on the stove terrifying on its own add in soggy over cooked veg 🤢 it was not helped by my dad telling me it was, a mini Dalkek from Dr Who🤦‍♀️ Life moved on I have had various versions each one improving and safer. I became disabled mainly wheelchair confined and years bed confined cooking was not possible sheer torture for someone that loves cooking and baking. I just gave instructions to my husband and he settled on a Preasure Cooker from Pantry he likes and his cooking has improved. I have been able to be up more and helping back to doing Oh I found a recipe... then not exactly following it my thought is a, recipe guide not a you must follow. I fell in love watching ease of use of various cooking techniques and so want Cosori Preasure Cooker so great you got one and I can get ideas from you as, well. I figure I can put it on low table and do so many things I can no longer do on Stove as it is to high and unsafe for me to use... I have failed so far in my Apprentice Style Pitch to persuade said husband I need another Preasure Cooker🤦‍♀️ and running out of ideas on how to persuade him as it will be him that needs to go buy it for me grrrrr. You highlighted a real problem for housebound folks not seeing new products on shelves I have added those Stock Pots to shop list... Online shopping has been a game changer but as much as I always hated shopping sometimes it is good just to have a good browse... I use to do it in middle of night when I was fit and able as I am a total night owl. Anyhoo that took me down memory lane and heightened my I want to a I need a, Cosori Preasure Cooker. Hello 👋🏼 wow your mums pressure cooker sounds terrifying 😂 I think it’s great and as long as you had a sturdy low surface it may be a great way for you to be able to cook !!! 🙌🏼 if I had to rely on my husband to cook it would be beans on toast and pizza going forward 😂🤣 I’m sure he would learn 🤔 You do miss a lot not going to the super market don’t you so I do like to go for a little mooch around every now and then I suppose that’s where social media is great as you can get ideas from others xxx I hope you have a lovely weekend Cx

Well I’d heard of a lot of people using them but never tried one before I think it will take a bit of tweaking getting use to timings etc but I loved using it and I’m sure I’ll get a lot of use out of it in the future 🙌🏼

I’m confused about the 1 syn Yorkshire pudding wrap. If you used 30g flour, it’s saying 25 g flour is 4 Syns in my book.

Do you know what Jean I just copied the recipe and I didn’t even check 🤦🏻‍♀️ it says they are 45 calories or 1 syn . Yes I did Google up roast beef in pressure cooker without looking back through video I’m pretty sure mine was in for about an hour on high pressure I browned it off first and left it to de pressure naturally , but so many recipe ideas for roast beef on Google x

Mine was so good I’m not sure if I would have preferred it a little less cook time but I don’t think my husband and the boys would agree with that 🤣
