why and how did Clays combines from Zedelgem became Clayson and afterwards New Holland? Who was involved?

Hey. Claas was involved. Claas and Claeys soundet to similar. So they were forced to name it other wise. Clayson was became part ofSperry Newholland, than Ford Newholland.
