Good one but I can't understand Hindi teaching (Just followed the tutorial alone but can't grasp instructions & Tips )
9:38 when i am pushing these points the shapne of mine is not the same exact as yours although i followed every step... also i cant deselect the center point after pushing the vertices downwards... please help!!

how to scale objects according to size in mm or cm or inches/ ft.

You can change the overall Maya's unit size from preference menu. Than you can scale it accordingly and yes it doesn't have options like 3dsmax were you can see cm, mm or inch in dialogue box
