Tim Pyles serves as the Preaching Minister for the Broken Arrow church of Christ in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Tim has also been blessed to serve congregations in Australia, Hawaii, Tennessee, Alabama, and Texas. Tim Pyles received his B.A. in Missions and his M.A. in Biblical Studies from Lipscomb University. Tim and his wife, Kim, have been married for over 30 years and are blessed with two wonderful children - Hannah and Coleman. Tim loves trying new things, watching sports, listening to classic rock, and playing golf.

Your long segment about approaching these topics with kindness and understanding is so appreciated. So often the topic of LGBT folks is brought up with derision and mocking and disgust in the church, and I have watched this push so many earnest young people away from God entirely. My best friend started to question her sexual identity when I was a teenager and I was forbidden from speaking with her ever again. She left the church never to return. No one will ever be saved if we are cruel and refuse to listen. Thank you for speaking the truth in love. God bless you, brother.
