Yes. Because it shows the truck is builing pressure. You know your cut out is working properly when it STOPS building at 120 or 125

Operating rpms are 1200-1400 rpms.

You had the keys in your hand getting out of the truck...thats a fail

I know this is a brake test but you didn't give in cab inspection

Almost perfect, but you didn’t leave the key in the on position before do the 3 psi air loss check 🤦‍♂️

your wrong! you dont need to put on your seat belt during pretrip test. your only moving the vehicle in the test yard not on the street

The tractor isn't moving/rolling you don't need a seatbelt. Once he puts the truck into 1st gear / rolling then he is required to have his seatbelt beforehand lmao

You fail you.not just your seat in your seat belt your mirror not justed
