Sir many people tell that wearing gemstone of a marak planet of a lagna gives longterm negative results. so one must wear lagna or chandra rashi lord stones. Also wearing lehsunia and go gomed are prohibited. please clear the concepts Sir.

Sir, if mars and ketu are affecting 5th House, will it also be a childless yoga as ketu also signifies abortions or difficulty in progeny conception

Yes it signifies difficulty in conceiving, but if the 5th lord is well placed and is aspecting the 5th house, if Jupiter the putra karaka is well placed and the D7 chart has promise then the native will certainly have children after medical intervention (treatment).
