    That is one of the longer trains that you see going through Reading West. The back of it is still under Norn Hill bridge and out of sight on the GWR Reading to Basingstoke line whilst the front has passed all the way through Basingstoke PL.1 and is well out of the other side. If it fell or failed off during that passage, Basingstoke would be shut for a long time!

    great view point,but felt like i was on a swing (in out).. wagons probably bring more of harry rednaps bent money down from the big smoke.. then ferry to portsmouth..

    They are covered car transporters. The most likely origin of the train would be Jaguar's main assembly plant at Castle Bromwich, near Birmingham.
