Class 318 EMU Review ~ Train Simulator

For a fair while now, I haven't bothered getting any of Armstrong Powerhouse's newer products (especially the pointless Cloud and Vegetation enhancement packs), but I made one exception this time because the Class 318 EMU is an important and long-overdue addition to the TS classic roster.
This is my honest review of the Class 318 Electric Multiple Unit pack (made by AP and GU Studios). The 318 is very useful for scenarios on the suburban lines of Glasgow, Scotland, where she can run alongside the older Class 314 and (slightly) newer Class 320. We've also got the modern Class 380 and Class 385 units in the game, but curiously, the Class 334 'Juniper' is still missing after all this time.

You don't really need all the DLCs AP lists as required for the scenarios. As long as you've got the train you're driving in the scenario and the route, you can just do the F2 -> save glitch and bypass the missing stock error.
My local line is the Ayrshire Coast Line, it's a shame we don't have a better Class 380 in TSC or TSW yet.
Glasgow emus are 3 coaches due to the platform lengths only being able to fit maximum 6 coaches. As someone who's been on 318s their whole life it is a bit inaccurate however would rather that then no 318 at all. Great video

Is train sim classic worth looking into? I have TSW4 but I've seen that TSC has more stuff including my local line in Lincoln UK. I'm tempted but not too sure
The reason the units are traditionally 3 car is that many stations have platforms only 120m long (6 cars)
The 318 shouldve also went to the cathcart circle lines in tsw as well
The doors do open in the passenger view i have this pack myself and can confirm the DO open when sitting in the passenger view
Is the class 318 going to be withdrawn next year

Class 318s sounds like Class 317 and 319 because they both use the same traction motors in real life.

To be fair, they do each have their own distinct sounds despite having the same traction motors.
