Most bullies change and realize that bullying is wrong years later due to maturing and the victim of the bullying could both forgive and not forgive, it kinda depends on the person themselves and their ig personality, and it also depends on how far the bullying has gone, im not sure wheter he has forgave bakugou for the past, but if i was deku i would not have forgiven my decade long bully that easily, but thats just my opinion🤷

Imagine being bullied and being depressed, and not being able to protect urself. Getting teased because u don't have something that almost the whole world has. This is what deku is going though but somehow he's still smiling...
