No in the first war is was a draw/tie since the villains retreated and the heroes could not fight

@@KrewFamYT4543 meaning the villains won... they killed most of the background heroes and Shiggy got what he wanted. he also makes the first move in the second fight

@@KrewFamYT4543 more heroes died then villains.. like i said Shiggy decides the first move in the second part. in the first it was basically a warm up to him. He didnt retreat he wanted to keep fighting but afo wanted to retreat because of his body not being complete yet. Same way with Star and Stripe she may have lost but she still won eating up all of his quirks but in the same instance shiggy lost and won so a tie. He failed to get New order(her quirk) but killed her anyway the person who surpassed allmight and can create any rule against anything(as long as she states the name and purpose of it)

@@KrewFamYT4543 lets be fr thou shiggy did win... he fought endeavor and won. won against a slightly bloodlusted deku and almost killed Bakugou and killed half of kimino(cant spell but place where allmight fought afo) also shiggy is stronger than afo like in the newest episdoe that came out he said he had lots of routes for 1 plan decades ahead of time. he planned all of it before meeting shiggy(tenko when he was little) so afo won this entire time buuuutttttt plot armor saves izuku
