This one change legitimately made me excited to play the game again. Not only did it bring back my favorite win con but made him fairer and more fun and strategical. 2 years later this one rework is one best changes to the game from the prospective of my enjoyment.

He is a royal gaint . He carries a canon . So we are increasing it's damage by 60% . Plz don't the Royal giant n elite Barbarrian deck will agn come in my bad dreams

The main reason that the Royal Giant has such a low win rate is that it is usually used by way to over leveled people with max everything in a relatively lower arena than they should be at their current level. It generally takes relatively no skill to play, you just place it and get guaranteed dmg. And that is why the winrate is so low is that, if it isn't super over leveled, then the noobs don't have enough of an advantage to win and that's when the win rate starts to drop off. It seems to be a very dominant card in the meta from 3000-5000 trophies and it just dominates in that trophy range. I think this is a very unnecessary change as it is already EXTREMELY overpowered until about 5200 trophies(masters 2) where the players get more skilled and counter it easier. Supercell needs to stop trying to make changes that only benefit the people towards the top 1% of players, and start focusing on the majority of their player base. And also this is coming from a player at Masters 1 who has already experienced a lot.

The win rate of Royal Giant is 55% which was reported by Stats Royale which was endorsed by Clash Royale so that’s one point contradicted. As well as everyone who uses Royal Giant has it maxed out because it’s a common card. If they don’t have it maxed out, they aren’t using Royal Giant.

The win rate on stats royale is wrong as all but 2 cards have a win rate of over 50%. For every card that has win rate of 60% their has to be a card with a win rate of 40%.

It’s a buff to the card itself because it deals more damage. Too much more damage? Maybe. But the range decrease allows you to preplant cards like Inferno Tower and even Cannon to block RG. Overall, this makes it harder to lock on to a tower but makes it much more rewarding to do so. Still gonna be a problem when overleveled tho...

The only ones I don’t agree with are the zappies (the instantaneous first attack is what made them so dominant in the last meta) and the mirror (the 1 elixir drawback is what balances the card: remember that the mirror already gives a +1 level bonus). I also think that the rage damage buff could make it very hard for players to anticipate the exact damage units would do under its effect (as the damage buff would presumably scale with the rage’s level), and thus make it a not overpowered, but weirdly irritating card to deal with. Otherwise, a great set of ideas. I particularly like your clever solutions to the problems that the royal recruits and cannon cart present.

Unfortunately, many of the changes you have listed here are based on ladder gameplay, where you and your opponent can have different card levels- Elite Barbarians are extremely weak when at the same level as the opponent's cards.

How can a royal giant target your tower with a rage of 5 tiles? You'd have to want him to lock on for that to happen.

The Royal Giant is a pain. The main way I found to counter it is using the inferno tower. However, you have to be smart in placing it because the Royal Giant outrages the inferno tower. Since Electro Wizard is a big part in the current meta which makes the inferno tower useless, the way I counter this is having the tombstone and log. These can be good cards in used for slowing down the royal giant. Just be smart in the placements of the tombstone.

Idk why people dont see this. The range has always been the nuisance from the start. It's like almost a guaranteed hit because of the insane range. With the range shorten, he will need to travel further meaning he will take more damage in return. Overall fair and balanced IMO. Damage buff was needed to prevent this card from being completely *DEAD*

Dark Comet damage is higher.

i dont think anybody ever complained about the strength of the card, only about the difficulty to deal with it efficiently. i vividly remember my first times playing against it, always investing too many resources into defending it because it is a freaking giant with a freaking cannon, but turns out if you dont give a crap about efficiency, it's easy. my fear of huge dps was also not needed. but nowadays, on ladder, it's always maxed while nothing else is and indeed annoying to play against. but so is any other overlevelled card, so that only applies to ladder and some cw battles. in the end now, it is wayyyyy easier to deal with. the additional second to spawn was unneeded anyway, so who cares about that. what is really cool now though is how it makes big, highly damaging shots, just how a cannon is supposed to. not higher hit speed or health, but dmg. overall, very happy with the update to it, just like with the rework of bomb tower and barb barrel, even if it was very weak until now. with the recent changes i am positive that all of these new cards can cement themselves into niches and deck types. thanks for the rum and ham.

Hi Ram and Drew, Players with level 13 xp level. Their xp points are getting wasted, Everytime they donate something. We should be getting anything extra for that case. Otherwise it feels like no need to donate.
