I saw this show on May 24th in San Diego CA in 91, I was eighteen. On the bill was Alice in Chains, Anthrax, Megadeth and Slayer. Never forget the red lights covering the arena and then they open up with Hell Awaits. Slayer ruled ! …nice video🤟🏼

A particular highlight for me was Sean Harris of Diamond Head coming on and singing lead vocals on its electric during the Megadeth set. Fantastic.

I was there too, but at the Birmingham NEC show instead, which was one or two days before or after the Wembley date. Damn it was the best! Slayer was the best. Suicidal Tendancies were second best.

At Birmingham NEC, it was Suicidal Tendancies were the first on, before Testament. Then Megadeth, then Slayer closed the show.

I do remember the row behind me and my friends moshing and going bat shit crazy during Suicidal Tendencies. By the time Slayer came on they'd tell asleep!

Wow! Can’t believe this just popped up on here - I was there at 16 years old, in fact I regularly visited the Marquee club most weekends too, saw all the biggies there - good times.

I was there! Suicidal were on first and the next day Testament did an in-store appearance at Tower Records in Piccadilly Circus.

🤟saw NEC show testament were on fire! 🤟

A few things that has me scratching my head. 1) ST didn't do Institutionalized. 2) Over The Wall is absent from Testament's set, and 3)those event shirts are shit. Also it was the tail end of the original genre. Like glam metal, it couldn't be any bigger. Great episode as always.

I have to say, having seen Slayer a couple of times previous and Megadeth three times I thought Megadeth stole the show that night. But my god, what an amazing night!

The version I saw in Seattle was Alice in Chains / Megadeth / Anthrax / Slayer... Pretty good show
