Clark Creek Natural Area - Trails and Waterfalls

My recent (11-20-17) hike of the Clark Creek Natural Area in southwestern Mississippi, near Woodville. Comprising more than 700 acres, it is highlighted by some 50 waterfalls, ranging in size from 10 to more than 30 feet in height. Creation and protection of this fabulous area came about in 1978. Please be careful when exploring the 5.6 miles of trail this area, as erosion has already affected some of these trails.

Going to try this trail Saturday if the weather permits. It will be the most challenging trail yet

Thanks for the post! Have any hikers found arrowheads or other artifacts in this area?

Yes, it's a deer blowing at you. She smelled you. What map did you use?

+Scott Owens I used the AllTrails app. One of the tracks for the primitive trail. The blazes are easier to see if you do the loop clockwise.
