I love the tutorial. I need to make for a drumline. My question is do you know what materials I can use that will withstand rain, if the drumline gets caught in the rain. For example, if they are marching and it begins to rain.

it’s not cartoon. it’s just cardstock, i didn’t know what’s the right english word at first, i called it carton, but it’s cardstock or any kind of thick paper. you can find it at any stationery shop
