@@nabieladrian Well, it SHOULD be a mushy mass of rice. Normally this isn't possible. The bread when it rises in the oven would steam the rice cracker, and dried rice + evaporated water in a closed environment would mean mush.
This gag will never not be funny
I love Akio's exasperated face when he gets caught the 4th time. It's like he knows what's coming and has already resigned himself to his fate.

Both from happiness and absolute sadness. I've watched it like 3 times and I know sad shits coming but the moment that music kicks on I'm in tears lol
This is one of those scenes in Anime that never gets boring or unfunny no matter how many times you watch it. Absolute masterpiece

rewatching those scenes is what brings smiles through my tears after watching After Story
I'd like to think that she does it on purpose because it's funny to see her husband eat all of them at once. She obviously still loves him very much, but has the same reaction. Maybe this is their way of flirting. They have an excuse to run off together for X amount of time. ;)

No she's just genuinely trash. When they were down bad, she said she was confident in making bread that's why they opened the shop....and that resulted in debt

@@Kronos0999 what are you talking about….her husband opened the shop originally. She started making “bad bread “ on purpose so that when her husband ran after her it was to make there sickly daughter laugh since she gets bed ridden for 6 months at a time …they even tell tomoya this as well
