keep your head up king. what I suggest is analysing your current situation to see why you feel this way. get rid of bad habits and start improving on things like your body by working out, your fashion and your social skills. it might be hard at the beginning but you have to stop caring about what other people think, no one is going to judge you because you are trying to work on yourself. seek discomfort, you will never be able to work on your social skills if you are not willing to start somewhere, even if that means being awkward at the beginning. i was also like you, but by repeating these simple habits so that the effects can compound over time, you will feel better about yourself and therefore experience confidence.
