Sir party has put case of accident in section 166 inspite i hospitalised him now hes refusing that hospitalised process and challenging me in court Can case be cancelled as i have taken him to hospital Bcoz rule of law is if you helped than case cant be challenged My car is fully compete with insurance Licence all documents
