Maybe because of immersion since you can put yourself on the perspective of the mercs. That's why I can't play Demoman with this. It caused me to get banned in Skial.

yeah
I play better and makes me feel more immersed like a merc so I now use this command regularly. Doesn't feel right being unable to see your own legs whenever I go back to default. Only problem would be snipers and base jumper classes, some stuff gets in the way and is distracting.

i personally use it if i feel like playing casually but if i feel like playing competitively then the default view models is the way

its in a friendly's nature to be killed randomly for no reason by a spy and the said friendly's in the video don't seem to bothered by it as someone who is friendly a lot i can confirm this
