Thank you for noticing, As deejays, you need the 3 piece or if they can do stems to allow you for creative manipulation, remixes and refixes. I agree that finding an instrumental or vocals for Nigerian, African songs is extremely difficult. In Kenya, our artistes always send you the 3 piece in the mail and to radio as well. I wish the same would go for Africa

I got what you mean. Some artists particularly new and underground ones hardly do that, the latter because they're fairly afraid of losing their work, so, they usually don't. Well, in USA some rappers used to sell singles with the instrumental tracks back in the late 90s and early 2000s, didn't follow the scene after that, so I no longer know what they do. In Japan the standard was selling singles with the karaoke or instrumental versions, by the way.
