Thank you for sharing and helping others. Son Andre died at 4 months 9 days old of SIDS in 1986, 48 hours after his second DPT shot. I, also, believed that this would never happen to me. Subsequently, am mother of two grown up children. I sometimes wonder what kind of person Andre would have grown up to be, but am so blessed and grateful for his two younger siblings.

I just said no to shots because of stories everywhere of SIDS and attending a sids funeral of a friend’s 30-day-old baby.

I’m wondering if his immunizations had something to do with it. My son @ 15 months was perfectly fine, bilingual, and within 24 hours of his MMR shots went mute and developed autism. He didn’t really speak two words till 4.
