this is definitely very informative. Ive got an 95 lx sedan thats in pretty nice shape and ive been wanting to put something a little meaner in it. i was under the impression that there would be a lot more fab work involved with the subframe and original mounting holes but apparently its much easier then i expected.
cant wait till I get all the parts lined up and can start wrenching

I have a question, I have a 2012 Honda Accord i4 automatic with a K24Z2. I found a K24A2 RBB-1 complete cylinder head. How can I get this head to work on my K24z2 ? Do I need to change anything, crank sensor etc..? Thank you guys for all the amazing.
Long time no see Brian... Last time we talked was at that meet close to Ontario when u showcased your CRX Glass intake pipe. I'm still rocking your EKK1 MOUNTS that came with your hasport axles with DC sport package practically the FIRST mount kit available back in the day. Btw can you also explain the axle placement that the EKK1 MOUNTS that has an issue with and if there's a fix for it? Thanks for everything!!!!
Can I still use the ekk6 mount kit with stock ek subframe I’m using the k24z7 transmission out the 9th gen si?
Contemplating k24a with k20z3 transmission and head swap will the 8th gen si shift cables work ? Buying a 0 6 sonar si trying to do use all parts off it that I can thanks for any info looking for eg or integra sub frame are they the same? And what rack would I have to use? For the k24z3 engine, can a person use the k24z1 timing cover for standard crank sensor? Ive noticed that timing cover accepts the traditional crank sensor even though it's a k24z series. Which would be a junkyard option rather than custom order.

How hard would it be to swap the crv engine transmission and awd into my 1990 civic lx sedan? I just want a straight auto transmission swap. Basically just a better civic, not really a hotrod.
Will I have the same trans clearance issues running crv awd with an eg subfrme in my em1 coupe? Thanks for the vid btw.💯

No, you won’t have the same clearance issues.
Hi im from south africa i have a right hand drive ek civic .. the engine is a k24a2 from a type s Honda Accord the gearbox is a 6speed from the Accord typeS , they sell the engine and gearbox as a combo here in south africa ..which engine mount kit do i buy from u guys ? I have installed the eg civic subframe already but not 100%sure which mountkit will work with the k24a2 6spd accord type s gearbox..i know its not ideal to run this gearbox but its all we have here the other gearboxes are very scares n extremely expensive n overpriced

I would love the the AWD kit. If nobody jumps on it I may have to do a dual engine setup. B series AWD setup and a K series AWD setup :)

Will the K-swap mount kit you guys are making for the 1st gen CRX work in the 1st gen Integra? If not will there be a kit for the 1st gen integra? I feel like my car never gets any love from the after market lol. Would love to have the option to go K if I want to someday with a mount kit.

Yes, EKK4 does. It is similar to the first gen TSX.
Hello sir,just want to know can i use k24 cranksensor into k20a eng?as i know the wire code only need to change..did anything need to chnge if i use k24 cranksensor?

The connector and wire positions are different on some of the K24 Crank sensors. But they can be used.
Will you ever come out w factory bushing type for any swap mounts? Some of us are running naturally aspirated and would like some comfort vs hard urethane and vibration for daily driving

Seeing as the 06-08 TSX trans case is magnesium, does that mean the Accord matching trans is made of magnesium also?

I have the EKK2 kit with a K24. Would I put the Side mount on the lower setting and the rear on the highest? To have hood clearance. Really confused.

Yes. The side mounts are on the engine and the rear mount is on the frame. That’s why you use lower hole on the side brackets and top hole on the rear.

@@VTECAcademy I want to lower my Civic now and noticed the oil pan is way too low. I was going to put the side mount on the higher setting to raise the engine, but for the rear, would I put it on the lower setting? Thank you for your help

I've been looking into a swap for my 86 FWD Wagovan, and I'm leaning towards crv/AWD/k20 or 24 so I can make it a rally car. Are you guys going to start on the Rally Wagon Project? If you’re talking manual, that would be from a 2009-2014 TSX or 2012-2015 Civic Si. Not one for sale.

Hasport is currently redesigning the mounts for CD Accord. They should be out soon.

@@peegee6625 I don't. Individual mounts and basket are usually sold through email conversation to make suer you don't get the wrong part, or a part you can't use.

On the EKK1 kit the engine sits pretty far forward. That why Hasport also makes an EKK2 kit that uses the EG/DC2 subframe and lets you move the engine back, improving the axle angle.

I’ve heard of people having axle issues due to running ekk1’s not 100% sure on it tho. Been contemplating on going ekk1, cant decide as I don’t know how true those claims are.
