We shot this in the Nevada desert in the middle of February 2020. It was 26 degrees and we were freezing (you can see how cold we were by looking at our hands). It wasn’t easy, but was worth it and certainly an experience we won’t forget.

Sometimes I wish life had a song always playing in the background. I listen to music and I feel strength and empowerment and then I turn my car off and get out to go to where I’m going and the flame slowly dies.

Emilie, you couldn’t have said it any better. I could drive all night…. Coincidentally, the groups Night Traveler & Paper Kites are also great groups to listen to on an aimless but relaxing drive.
