Another informative video Matt, thanks! You keep reminding me why I bought my C4 all those years ago, - space, comfort, practicality and storage, - and why I now want an eC4! I agree about transporting timber, (14:14) I manage to push the three or four lengths up onto the dash on a bit of old towelling, keeps them away from the lower controls. It’s a pity they lost the rear seat underfloor storage bins though, they are very handy.

I have a 21 Sense Plus which doesn’t have the sub-woofer and can confirm there’s room under the false floor for the charging cable when it’s in the lower position.

Nice boot space. Clever adjustable floor design. I had the opportunity to have a look at one recently. The car is beautiful. I just wish they had not pointlessly raised it (the original concept was not, so I blame the marketing team). One thing I did not like was that it felt quite cramped both at the driver position and even more at the back. And it’s strange because from outside it looks massive compared to my Ioniq 28. It feels more roomy in the Ioniq 28.

I agree with the more cramped feeling, but I compared it to my C4 when I had a test drive, which is why I want the version with the pano roof, it’s surprising how much more space that seems to give you just by the extra light it brings in, - which is why I can’t abide the Renault Megane electric!

@@budflanagan1262 I am actually tempted by the Megane e-tech because of its EV specs but I have not had the chance to try one yet. 🤠

My eC4 didn't come with warning triangle, got one on Temu that fits perfectly for only a few quid.

No I didn't get a chance. I had intended to make a video about defrosting and the morning I planned to do this, it warmed up and there was no frost in the morning.

Hi there. Thanks for the video.Can you store the parcel shelf in the floor cavity when floor panel is in higher position? Thanks. BTW my Mini's rear seats fold totally flat, making a small load area much more practical.

Good point. I should have tested that in the video. I've just gone out and checked.....and yes, the parcel shelf fits under the false floor just fine.
