Great video! I have a problem with the Medline MDS4001 Automatic Digital Blood Pressure. It worked fine with batteries until I switched to an AC adapter. Unfortunately, the unit was not working with the AC adapter so I switched back to battery. The unit became malfunctioned (the start/stop buttons didn't work & the screen monitor went completely blank) even with new batteries. Appreciate your input.

Thank you very much for the comment. Regarding your BPM we can not give you a precise answer because is not CITIZEN brand, you should contact your local dealer. But as per your description, this must be a failure of the electric circuit. Some brands don't take care of this point and align the 2 power source systems correctly, so when you go from batteries to AC, and come back to batteries then the system doesn't respond. Our advise is to send it to your nearest repair center from your BPM brand. Hope the answer is useful.

My CH 432 when switched on shows six horizontal dashes like - - - - - - and also does not pump air nor changes its dashes. How do I correct and also is it possible for me correct or have to contact a technician.

this is bp monitor and it will inflate the cuff .. if u think its squeezing too much.. it means u hav worn the cuff too tightly.. the proper way is to keep one finger or less looseness when u wear the cuff.. do not wear the cuff too tight .. bcoz it has to inflate...

I have Dr trust bp monitor machine, If inflation starts, it doesn't stop till it reaches 270 or 290, how to fix this problem....

Sir l am using enbee make model NB 103N . It's all ways shows high reading. Valve, Motor are ok. Calibration screw not provided inside. Some time it's deflated automatically then start again. What is the problem? Help me.

Dear Sir, thank you for contacting us. For new cuff you have to request from the local supplier. Usually the shop where you purchase the device will be able to tell you who is the distributor in your country.

Dear Mr. Shafiq, thank you for contacting us. The deflation timing can not be faster because CITIZEN blood pressure monitor is still measuring while deflating. This means that it takes 3 measurements, while inflating, once is fully inflated, and while deflating, and the final result is the average of these 3 measurements. To avoid having pain in the arm please try to wrap the cuff not so tight. When you wrap the cuff around your arm don't press it too much, just tight it enough to not fall down from the arm, and this way the pressure will not be too high to hurt your arm.

Hello and thanks for contacting us. Please note that when using the device for the first time and pressing the M button the machine will show --- --- because there are no saved measurements. When the device is OFF you need to fix the cuff in your arm and then press directly start (not M button) so the machine will inflate the cuff and measure the Blood Pressure. If the problem persist, please write to me at L.M@island-gate.com so we can give you clear instructions.

Dear Mr. Agravio, sorry for the late reply. Error 1 means air leaking, so according to your explanation, and considering the long time without use of your BPM, the most probable case is that the interior pipes got dry and cracked (allowing the air to not press correctly), or there is some puncture in the cuff, making not possible to inflate correctly. For repair in Phillipines you can contact directly our Japan office at sales-oe@systems.citizen.co.jp , and they will provide information for an authorized repair shop in your area.

Dear Sir, thank you for contacting us. the lines you see means that there is no memory recorded, so you have to place the cuff in your arm and then press the start button. by doing this the cuff will start inflating and your pressure will be measured. If this suggestion doesn't solve your problem please let me know the model number and we will review the switch ON procedure again.

@@shubhamkeshari1405 Thank you for the clarification. I consulted with our technicians and if the item was working previously (even considering 2 years of work), then most probably the problem in in the main board, which is not possible to repair.

I'm in Canada and the cheapest one cost 140 dol, there are some cheaper ones but reviews are like 2 stars.
