It looks awesome Keralis! Could you maybe see if you can split the traffic at the toll booth, i.e. trucks only on the 2 far right lanes, and cars on the left. This is quite common/

Keralis hey I have a suggestion for the mountain on the map. Why not you add a old logging railroad around it with some old mines and steam locomotives? Also loving this new season!

I really like the details you've put in to so many parts of the city, and especially this toll booth. I've seen many builds like this that don't quite look realistic, but yours is incredible. I'm not surprised though - all of your builds are this impressive!

Leon Kok It's not really possilbe because its made out of hundreds of custom stuff from the workshop, not made in an editor. And even if it's somehow possible you would have a huge list of things you have to download for it to work.

you should only allow trucks to go to the two booths to the right so that they can get back to their lane and then later go to the truck stop

Another great build! The "t" Sign actually means 'tag' which they have a device in their vehicle to allow them to drive through without paying. So have this sign on the fast lane. Also have a dedicated truck lane on the right most lane

to use the T lane and have the "tag" that mean Télépéage, you have to subscribe to this and paying the tag, this is not free, it's not without paying, it's just without stoping

Keralis! with traffic president you can restrict what vehicles use which lanes...so you can assign trucks to only use one lane and then regular traffic another lane and so on! It may work in splitting up the traffic to use all the lanes on the toll booths! :)

I love what you did! To improve the traffic I will see lorries reserved for trucks and others for cars (and a fast lane for emergencies) for example. I would like you to create highway areas with pedestrian access connecting the two sides in the form of a building (restaurants / etc ..). For the space next to the college, I will see a cinema or small suburban buildings. Continue like that, it's great!

Make dedicated lanes for trucks, service vehicles etc. to divide the traffic between the tollbooth lanes.

This is the most amazing project jet... the details are stunning , it does look incredibly realistic and the custom traffic rules are very impressive. I can't believe how much time and effort you have put into this!

Hi Keralis. Awesome toll booth you've made. Maybe an idea to use the Traffic President option to set some lanes for only trucks or cars so you get more use out of the other lanes. And as always keep up the good and awesome work :D.

The toll booths look great. You should definitely do the truck stops. It would be more realistic to have them after the tolls booths not before.

A idea for downtown is to have some buildings under construtcion and have lanes block of in parts to simulate a real cunstruction zone. It will cause traffic jams, but that gives a more downtown feel.

Another awesome idea to be unique.... love ur stuff.....and BTW u can actually have helipads with a prop helicopter on the top of those concrete roofs.... that wld look so COOL!!

idea from my country (portugal) for the toolbooth. a deviation from the toolbooth at its side usually are for company offices for the toolbooth employees, road assistance vehicles and police. truck parks and/or rest areas and/or gas stations are usually scattered along the highway, like every 40-50 km, not really close to the toolbooth areas but rather between main highway exits. hope i made myself clear and that can be helpfull if you wish to expand the toolbooth project, really enjoyed it (as all other projects you made so far).

great job. The differents marks on the toll booth are from french. The big "T" is an automatic system, when the toll both detect the small box places into your car, the fence is openning directly, no need to stop the car.

Love it! I'm just barely into modding and I'm trying to get photorealistic cities. Got bored of the Vanilla and non-legit stuff, although I still want a city that 'lives' (no fake cars, real electric consumption, no infinite money, but all milestones unlocked though). Using your timelapse as tutorial, basically replicate your toll booth and learn a lot whilst doing it. So far so good, cheers :D

If you have "truckstops" after toolbooths it fets realistic. And people can drive in and buy stuff. Between sweden and denmark, there is a stop before entering Sweden, and after you pass the tollbooth in sweden, there is like a fastfood restuarant.

Maybe make 2 of the lanes for trucks only by disabling all the other vehicles from those roads, a shitload of toll booths have truck only sides so cars can go by quicker (and trucks have to be inspected sometimes for illigal items/people on it) and their usualy on the furthest out road on toll booths. It looks great =]

Hey Keralis, I think your last idea of dedicated lanes for trucks and private vehicles is good! It'll help split the traffic across all booths and it's also realistic, because several countries use them.

you should make a construction zone using those prefabs that would be a pretty awesome build. have the area walled off and have majority of within the walls all dirt and mud with large construction vehicles and cranes, and use the prefabs as concrete foundations and walls, maybe add some reo bar to the concrete slabs if that's possible. maybe the wall around the site could be the concrete barriers with chain link fences on top if that makes sense. :D

This reminds me so much of the West Virginia turnpike toll booths in my state. Very nice

I hope you're satisfied with the build, 'cause they are god damn beautiful, Keralis! MUCH better than the premade ones you showed before you began the timelapse. But to answer your question about the truckstop: You have the highway section after the tollboths which goes from four lanes to three lanes. Take this fourth lane on the four-lane-piece and make that the section on the highway where the vehicles have to slow down before they leaves the highway to go into the truckstop (Don't know what it's called, but here's a picture: i.imgur.com/CwNM3ew.jpg).

Don't think your projects are pointless, you have the imagination to bring unrelated bits and pieces and make it work the way some people like me who wouldn't ever think to do it.

As always love your work. Here in America some the truck stops have weight stations. Maybe combine the 2?

Another awesome build! Smashed the like-button as usual! I got 2 little questions and hope you find a minute to answer them in between your games and parent-duties :) 1) What "slab" of concrete do you use (the horizontal ones , used in this episode for roofs, and last for example your walkways in the drain-water facility? 2) I know how to move and rotate items, but is there anyway to "tilt" them (the 3rd move in a 3D concept). Tilting is not really possible what I know, you can create your own shapes using this mod. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1094334744 but it might take some time. However if anyone knows if you can tilt objects please feel free to share.

where i live ( massachusetts) we dont have toll booths. we have something you buy to put on our cars called an EZpass that lets you go onto the Masspike

keralis i love the toll booth. I think that the parking spaces should be after the toll both and it would look nice if you added a motel, gas station, parking spaces and the weigh station. also if you need inspiration you could just launch American truck simulator and look there. Love the series!

Keralis, remember that you need yellow lines to separate two directions of traffic, not white! Also, those barriers are normally orange and white in the US, not red and white.
