Towns like that typically have one or two stores that the locals themselves run. It wouldn't hurt to put in a few cute little stores.

it depends on in wich region this should be. If it should be dutch some would be fine, if it should be german, there should be maximum one. But some tips from someone, who lives in Europe (Germany): Here in Europe we have on the off-and onramps on the highways some roundabout 100m long extra lines for acceleration or breaking (depending if it is a on or an offramp) . A further point, normally also our small villages have a town center with some old buildings, a market place and a church. I miss this really in your town and think it would improve it very much. May you could search for "Fachwerkhaus" in the workshop, there is a small set made by "Titan", I think it is really beautiful also when I think the houses are a little bit small, but here you should decide on your own, I think you should give them a try. But I'm exited to see more :)

In the netherlands that black asphalt is called ZOAB It stands for Super Open Asphalt Concrete (Zeer Open Asfalt Beton) It wont be slippery after rain

You should make a small town next to the farm land with some terraced houses (row hauses). We have a lot of them here in Holland. If you would like to have some photo's of Holland to make your city more realistic hit me up I live between a city and a couple of towns en farm land.

For the Quality of the video it would be more enjoyable if you are using some synonyms for "nice" or "better". You repeated them very often. Besides that I really liked the video.

He searched RICO using the Search Bar mod. RICO mod allows you to place buildings and make it so people live in them instead of them being a unique building.

It isnt realistic a town with no services, no shops, no gasstation, no schools and no parks. I hope that you change it and maybe is it one idea to place a few train lines

In northern inland Sweden it is. There is towns/villages with pretty much no services at all. One gas station that sell the absolute basic necessities, if they're lucky. And I can promise you it exists all over the world.

Ferrisburgh was ended becasue of prop limit and I'm affraid that this serie will be ended because of high tris/low fps because of thousands of trees and bushes :D But I'm looking forward to new videos over all :) Town name suggestion: Rougemont/Rochefort.
