if you press the up arrow in first person mode, it should move the camera up above the train so you don't get that skeleton look-maybe pressing left or right arrow will move the camera to the sides of the train?
what cinematic mod did you use, ive been looking for one

Basic speed. If there is a speed limit mod, I will correct it. It also bothers me that all vehicles are too fast.
