I come from a totally different culture, and yet, I am drawn by the beauty of this dance. The male says that he is strong and has no fear, and the woman says that she is beauty and is much to be desired. Notice the man's arms are high and masculine while the woman's hands are low and graceful. Magnificent!

You are the first commenter who seems to catch this. It almost looks like a mating ritual. They are basically making the same moves. The man more pronounced as the protector and the woman mirroring with more subdued moves.

Impressive dance. The women very gracefully and the men a proud and martial dance (without swords). I can't stop listening to this traditional music. Circassian women are very beautiful!!! Greetings from Greece, Athens.

The only thing I have to say is “BRAVO !!!” for the most elegant and graceful dancers of the world! With all my respect to these wonderful dancers from Mexico ❤

I have been watching this culture and dancing for only 6 months. If is fabulous, the feminine ladies and the men dance well and are respectful. Everyone seems to have great joy and it is very beautiful.

Great looking young people. Love the ones who smile and are obviously enjoying themselves. This dance is very classy. You kind of expect girls to be graceful, but this is elegant; and the boys can really move too, which is a real surprise, So impressed!

I was thinking the same thing, Andrew. These Circassians are very proud of their ancient culture and heritage. While proud of their religion, they make it clear that they are not Arabs and Persians. Their women and men are allowed to wear Western dress, especially the young women. They go without burkhas, veils, and hair coverings. The young women can wear short skirts and short dresses, to a point; no micro miniskirts and micro dresses. No bodily skin can be shown other than the arms, neck and face. Their dance shows both modern and conservative heritages. Men and women can dance together and enjoy each other's company, but NO touching. You can briefly get close to a girl, but not for long and no touching.

been studying the cirsassian and their history, am addicted to this music and dance, more amazing is the youth here. in USA you could not get such devotion to anything. in USA everyone would be vaping, or on their phones playing games and texting.
