Tranquil tablet is a combination of well-known drugs of homeopathy therapeutics which treat stress and anxiety. Tranquil is a clinically proven homeopathic formulation. Composition: Each tablet of 100mg contains: Abrus precatorius 6CH, Aconitum napellus 6CH, Atropa belladonna 6CH, Calendula officinalis 6CH, Chelidonium majus 6CH, Viburnum opulus 6CH, Kali Phosphoricum 6CH, Zincum Picricum 6CH.
Recommended Dosage: Adults- 2 to 4 tablets 3 times daily. Children- Half of the adult’s dose or as directed by the physician.

Precautions:
1. Maintain half an hour gap between food/drinks/other medications and the prescribed homeopathic medicine.
2. While on homeopathic medication, there shouldn't be any strong smell like that of an onion, garlic, camphor, coffee, hing, in your mouth.
3. Avoid use of alcohol and tobacco while on homeopathic medication.
