वर्तमान में केवल शरीर में कपकपी और बेचैनी होती है कभी कभी घबराहट होने लगती है और पसीना आ जाता है फिर ठीक हो जाता हूँ इसी कारण टेंशन होती है उदास रहता हूं और थोड़ा परेशान रहता हूं

सर पिछले तीन महीने से परेशान हूं सबसे पहले मुझे बुखार आया जिसमें प्लेटलेट्स और खून की कमी हुई बहुत ज्यादा कमजोरी थी फिर मेरे दिमाग में अपने आप ओवर थिंकिंग चल रही थी फिर धीरे धीरे ठीक हो गया फिर करीब पंद्रह बीस दिन बाद एसिडिटी बनी और फिर से मानसिक तनाव हुआ कुछ परेशानियां हुई करीब दस दिन परेशान रहा फिर योग शुरू किया ठीक हो गया फिर बीस दिन बाद फिर अपने आप उदास हो गया ओवर थिंकिंग हुई परेशानी हुई वर्तमान में उदासी शरीर में कपकपी और गैस बनती है कभी कभी ठीक भी रहता हूं जांच भी करायी जिसमें विटामिन डी की कमी आयी क्या करूँ किसी न्यूरो सर्जन को दिखाऊँ या धीरे-धीरे अपने आप ठीक हो सकता हूं बहुत कंफ्यूजन है कृपया मार्ग दर्शन करें

Home kae outside koi bhi noise as of Tractor trolley, Denting noise,crackers noise and children noise not tolerable. Otherwise no Problem. Due to noise there is always Anxiety and Anger.Prodep 10,Escitalopram taken.Not recovered .From.the last 40 years.Tell the solution.

जितना हउआ बना रखा है उतना होता नहीं हैं, कोई आउटडोर गेम खेलना आता है, जैसे- क्रिकेट फुटबॉल बॉलीबॉल बैडमिंटन खेलो सब 100% नॉर्मल हो जाएगा।। और हां मुझे ये हो जाएगा वो जाएगा मतलब कल की कल्पना वहम मात्र होती है।
