    Massive UPDATE: Cinnpie has released a statement on Twiiter, May 1st 2021. Read it here. twitter.com/Cinnpie/status/1388554534537076742 Hey! Some corrections, I'll add more if you find them, reply to this comment. D1: D1 did not admit to statutory, he had a very similar story to someone else, but his accuser was 18 and he never admitted to it. MAJOR UPDATE: After nearly a year, D1 has responded, and he's claiming innocence. Go watch his statement on his KZread channel. Nintendo: despite how it seems, nintendo did not support smash in the past because they didn't believe it was a competitive game, not because there was rampant abuse. It was only later in 2020 that Nintendo withdrew the slow support because of sex scandals. NJWarrior: someone in the comments HERE on this video claims to be HeroKiller, a controversial person in smash, and he claims NJwarrior was him on a burner account. Not sure if the comment is still down here, and there's no way to verify any of it. But it does make sense in context so... Take it with a grain of salt.

    @Joel Mora spot on! I even have a story related to that. About a decade ago when I was 6, me and my 1 year older brother were home alone with my cousin who was 11 at the time and was supposed to be watching us. At some point he asked me to come into the closet “real quick”, I thought he was about to sneak diss, or tell me a secret. I was asking him why he couldn’t just speak in my ear, at that point I was accustomed to fowl play, but not on the scale of what proceeded. He didn’t force me to do anything, but he pressured me into something that I learned was a sexual act only 3 years ago when I was 12. Back then I thought I would get in trouble If told my mom that I did the nasty thing for 20 bucks (which didn’t “earn”, nor was I going to get in the first place), when in reality, I thought I would end up not having another choice. I told my mom about what happened at some point when I was in 8th grade, and she showed me a compassionate and understanding side that I haven’t seen before then. I really don’t think I could ask for a better parent as someone with a dad and step-dad. At the end of the day we have to consider how busy parents can be with work and know what circumstances better parenting applies to.

    Just stumbled upon this video. It is unbelievably refreshing. Documentary style videos often feature a person who talks too much and spends too much time with the camera on themself instead of the content. I didn’t even notice that there was no commentary for a solid ten minutes because the editing, clip selection/captioning, and present were captivating. Really well done.

    Not necessarily adding this for the original comment but to what the rest are saying. I went to my first gaming convention when i was 13-14. But at the time, I was staying at a friend's house with 4 of my other friends, and he lived like 4 blocks away from where the convention was. If it wasn't for all of those factors together my parents would've probably never let me go to the convention, let alone fly to another city. So it is pretty crazy that the parents would let him do that.

One thing that unfortunately can happen to anyone is to engage a (let's say) "casual" encounter with a minor WITHOUT you noticing since that person probably looks older (it was not your intention to be with a minor) , BUT ANOTHER story is when you go predating minors with FULL CONSCIOUSNESS of what you are doing, and this teen clearly even looked like a 8 year old, so yeah, she was a fuck/ing sick child predator. It's a crime no one is forcing the law with her.

  • @Du3Fanatic

    @Du3Fanatic

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@JackOLanter to my knowledge Zero had been living with his gf already when he send those messages. As someone who clearly has alot of say and power in this specific community you could see his messages as manipulation of a minor because that girl must have thought smth like; ''omg zero is asking this of me'' which results in heat of the moment submission where if it was a random dude she would have been disgusted by this behaviour. its also kind of cheating at the same time since his gf that he showed off alot in his media probably didnt know about this side of him and he while knowing this is disgusting behaviour continued showing her off in his dirtbike videos for example. This is so fucking wrong because he set her up as a public figure with this situation looming over her head without her knowledge. I agree hes not a sex offender or anything, but it deffo is predatorial behaviour and showing signs he knew it wasnt right but didnt care anyway. In my eyes such a person doesnt deserve all that money, fame and most importantly ''power'' anywhere in the world, certainly not a place where a lot of minors are present. The one im mad about is keitaros situation, although i agree as atm a 27 year old he shouldnt have even touched that 17 year old girl (think her name was shiva or smth?) beginning with just the age gap and difference in mindset (he was 30 at the time if i remember correctly?). I mean i wouldnt think of being with someone that young, ive been (probably) through so much more than the hypothetical 17 year old that its just not the same world we live in. Think jobs, ppl u have lost, university and everything else that comes with growing up its a situation thats more leaning towards it wouldnt work than otherwise. Still, in many countries including the country they were in when that happened, 17 is not minor anymore but age of consent. I do have to mention though that 17 is still puberty for alot of ppl and i do think theres a probability shiva couldnt assess this situation as an adult so its wrong. Still its a weird situation and although i do think keitaro shouldnt have lost his career over this its still his fault for not being the grown up in their drunk state or even after the fact the could have supported her, motivated her to go to therapy or simply she DID really like him and for him it was more of a 1 night stand kind of thing (nope there wasnt intercourse) but u cant do that with someone that young. If she did like him he should have been mature and show without breaking her it wasnt gonna happen. In a friendly way ofc, one of understanding. So again yes i do think keitaro should have been able to safe his career with the right steps and showing remorse. but what im FURIOUS about is the fact a '' whistle blower'' decided to tell this story. Not Shiva or ofc Keitaro. I mean she even made a twitlonger saying i didnt want this and now the whole world knows and showing heavy signs of depression. This is very impactful for a young girls life with this coming out and she didnt even have a say in it if it should be brought to light. Some arrogant asshole decided to be a social justice warrior and possibly ruined her life for the coming years. The person who brought this out should be in jail, or atleast pay for his mistake. Something like this shared could mean years of therapy, depression and just fuck up her whole life since young 18s to 19s is 1 of the most important times in your life in many countries. More importantly we dont know if she even trust her close friends now, i mean someone knowing this to every detail is surely someone close to her. truly disgusting. What i hope many ppl learned with all these allegations (example take nairos case) is this kind of things should remain at the victims house and its their choice to share it with only POLICE AND LAWYERS. ok rant over ty bye :)

    16:07 The reason Cinnpie responded to the rumors was from a Twitter user called HeroKiller and he was a fucking legend. He made a couple more accusations against more members. He was 100% right about Cinnpie and I believe he made another accusation towards GimR which was proven to be untrue but the amount of information this guy knew was insane. And during a lot of his Twitter arguments, he would send people videos of him fucking a different girl. An absolute legend.

    13:51 saying this in this context makes it sound like there were other legal problems involved, there wasn't. The reason that Nintendo doesn't like competitive smash is for the simple reason that its competitive. They don't like games that are hard. They made brawl, they wanted everyone to play it and when people didn't because they wanted to play melee instead they got mad and tried to cancel us. Basically, Nintendo wants to be the "Family friendly fun-for-all Mario" people, instead of heading towards serious E-sports, like the Smash Bros. series.

About 2016/2017, a friend of mine who is in the TEKKEN community, I repeat in the TEKKEN community told our friend group about this in a discord call. He & a few others talked about it at Final Round as well when we asked about it. They all confirmed. There were at least 2 other tweets from around that time besides the one shown in this video that was made. I guess they couldn't be found.. But. I for sure remember seeing them.
