今回はかなり硬度が高いZDP189を鋼材に使っている三枚合わせの牛刀を研ぎました。
ステンレスを砥石で霞仕上げにするのはけっこう難しいです😂
やはり硬い分研ぐのにも時間がかかりますが研げたらすごい切れ味です🔪
