Lots of drama and you’re right possibly daily drama . The poor eunuchs and maids they have to serve the emperor’s mental ill women . I think they all have some type not only mental but some were serial sociopath killers . Those women didn’t bat an eye killing the little princesses and princes and whoever was a higher rank than them . They were conniving manipulative mental ill murderers and he the emperor slept with all of them . Did he made them go bonkers ? Or he just was an unlucky chap and the tribal clans chiefs somehow managed to give him all the crazy girls as wives.

She was told to enter the palace under fake identity, nobody would abandon their own child and go to another country to be a concubine for a man which u never saw instead of leading happy life with her family.... Like I said, since she was beautiful people with power who could order her (like her father, etc) used and forced her to do stuff. She had miserable life to the point that she literally wanted to kill herself...

She didn’t choose to go in but she has the choice to be good. Yinglo chose to help her because she hasn’t don’t anything bad therefore to hurt her was not ok. She claimed to be a friend yet make it impossible bad by lying an exploiting yinglo history to set a trap and kill miyu as if so is doing a good thing.

Just by this scene alone its easy for me to sympathize with her. She was brought against her will to be a concubine and had her son taken away. For what they reveal in the scene she had a difficult life so I don't blame her.

That's why when the emperor sort of suggest it that if she would have said something... Chambi interrupted and got angry because since he's the emperor and you can't deny him she was basically powerless. So for him to even suggest that her fate would be different if she had said something is insulting. Had she said something to the emperor do you think he would have sent her back to her son, back to her old life. I highly doubted. Even if she told the truth to Fuheng after he saved her. What could he had possibly done to change her fate? Fuheng is powerful yes, but he's not the king. In this kingdom is kill or be killed, I lost count on how many times people try to kill each other for power and influence. I don't blame her for just trying to survive. Did she have the best plan, absolutely not. But she was desperate and in her desperation made a lot of mistakes.

In my opinion, it was Yingluo's way to protect everybody. Fuheng never slept with his wife because he was able to (he could and would do that because he has power). While Yingluo didn't has that power as a women. If she tried to reject the emperor then off with her head, if she conducted manner wrongly then off with her head. Women didn't really have power back then, that was why they needed to fight differently.

It’s her family to blame it’s not the emperor, fuheng’s nor yingluo’s fault. They sold her for political matters, and she is already had a child ( it is not allowed to enter the palace if you’re already been pregnant) the emperor had suspicions so he told hailancha to investigate. It is not entirely the emperor’s fault, these women are just vicious and thirsty for power. He cares for his concubines, remember consort gao? Even she was wicked and evil, he still respected her and granted her request before she died. How could he always handle his concubines dramas? He is literally carrying an entire nation on his back! It is not just about sexual favors... heirs and the population is declining back then because of diseases, and pandemics, so he should have a lot of heirs.

She may have her downfalls but once she gets back up, she goes full force against these evil doers.
