What is obvious is that whoever wrote this lead in did not watch the series or even the last two episodes. And whoever wrote it clearly did not pay attention to the fact that she was already pregnant when she left/disappeared. She was not gone for two years but for no more than six or seven months. I am relatively new to watching CDramas and have been very surprised at how often the written comments about a clip are wrong.
