    Good video! Thanks for the info, as always. I’ve never used buckles because of the added weight/cost. If I did, I would have added an outer sheath to the ropes connection areas. I added the outer sheath from paracord to all the whoopie slings I made, years ago. Just three inches instead of a bead. It stopped the sling the same way a bead does. I added three inches to the loop I put on the tail. So I could pull the tail easier. Same with connection point on my continuous loops. I’ve retired at least one pair of whoopies, but not because of the connection areas degraded, because of the constriction area entry point degraded. Again thanks. If you keep making videos, I for one, will keep watching.

    Can you show us how you made your diamond knots Jeff? The only methods I’m seeing online are by using non-looped cordage. How are you making your diamond knots using looped cordage (such as those continuous loops in your video)? Thanks.
