It is bomb, I did reduce the honey to 1-2 tbsp. 1st time I used salmon and cleaned out the skin, 2nd time I used Mahi Mahi already skin off ready to go from Costco. Try it you'll make it again and again. This recipe is a keeper.

Recently I made the salmon sliders, honey garlic salmon bites, & the salmon stuffed with jalapeño cream cheese, spinach, garlic and parm, all at once. My Wifeager called it “Salmon Fest ‘23”. 😅 All were a hit. Thank you. 🥘♥️

I was able to find store branded sriracha sauce at my local grocery store (winn dixie). I am aware of the shortage with the most popular brand.
