চিকেন ক্যাশুনাট সালাদ | বাংলাদেশি চাইনিজ রেসিপি | Chicken Cashew Nut Salad | Desi Chinese Recipe
Ingredients:

300 gm boneless chicken
3 tsp paprika
salt to taste
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup cooking oil
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp flavored oyster sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 cups of green bell pepper
1.5 cups of red bell pepper
1.5 cups of onion
1 cup canned mushrooms
1 cup carrots
