Awesome video, they’re all your babies, each one has it’s own story and unique sound, and you made most of them and you play your own it feels like part of your soul going trough the strings and coming out of the f holes or the amp. Thank you Del for all this .

Thanks for pinning my comment this morning. Found this vid this evening when I thought I would check out CBGs, couldn't have been a better vid to learn about them. I am now thinking about sourcing some parts for a self build. I like how you play them. I am an acoustic guitarist really, so will have to learn how to riff a bit, but no bad thing really. Keep on keeping on.

yup .. the basic build is still the “go to”
Wow the baby blue has that little raspy sound to it 👍🏼
I would also so love to know the scale length, string gauge, & tuning of each. So much goes into the tone of a CBG, the box, the sound holes, the bridge, the tuning, scale length, & string gauge. I mostly try to build mine (I do not sell any) to not have a tinny banjoey sound. I put 52, 44, 36 tuned to EBE on one to improve the sound (IMO). Awesome video! A great help.
