“Farewell” described how someone who went through the cycle of a relationship. It’s about breakup, facing the future alone and also reveals the teenage girls inside us. We selected 14 songs from “Over the Sean/Under the Water”, “Pieces”, and “Let’s Go” With the new recording and production, together they told a story.
《Farewell》從EP《Over the Sea/Under the Water》、專輯《散落的時光》與《一起走吧》自選十四首曲子，包括早期「告別系列」的〈以一種假裝放蕩的矜持 與你告別〉、〈告別／再見〉、〈最後 仍在一起〉。為了賦予它們新的生命，Cicada重新編寫與錄製，串成一個故事。關於告別、關於一人獨自面對未來的過程，也關於活在自己世界的少女。
之所以在此刻梳理這些作品，並不是要揮別那段日子，而是主動與之靠近，找到現在與當時的距離──當我們撿起那些快要忘記的美好過往，才能知道它們可以被放在哪裡，以及接下來將如何走下去。
