Mitchell Stadium looks cool, one of my favorite Stadiums is for Merced Community College in California

Bowman Gray Stadium is one of the most famous short tracks in the US! It's got the nickname of "The Mad House", and had a TV show of the track's nickname. It's known for making tempers to fly! It's a great venue for both racing, and football!

Thrilled to see my college conference get the treatment on one of my favorite channels. My alma mater (St. Aug; pronounced "ah-GUST-stins") did not play football for over 30 years, beginning in the mid '60s. The field has since been added inside the track where the long-time U.S. Olympic team track coach (and facility namesake) produced numerous Olympians and champions for the U.S. as well for Caribbean nations ...

Since you are St Aug alumni maybe you can tell me why Shaw stopped playing at the football stadium and now is playing at Durham County Memorial Stadium.

Incredible information! Only felt he talked negative about most of the stadiums. Remember these schools aren't as well funded as most others.

@@drhouse6165 the thing is you build what you can afford and the majority of these stadiums was privately funded even though some are public schools.

Elizabeth City State University Stadium was privately funded because the state, North Carolina, did not want to build at stadium for a public university that was an HBCU. For years ECSU use to play their games at the local high school, first at PW Moore Junior High School during segregation and then at Northeastern High School after integration. While there are plans to build a new stadium at the same site funding is not there (it is estimated that it will cost about 30 million to build a new stadium).

CIAA is the oldest HBCU conference and the creator already did videos on the MEAC and SWAC (which are D1 HBCU conferences).
