I haven't seen the lyrics but I think based on the vibe of the MV, it has something to do with looking at the things you're afraid to do, examining your anxieties and confronting them, and finding out that the things you used to be scared of are now nothing to fear at all. Just like how Chuu is trembling before the monster in the beginning, that monster might represent her fears and anxieties, but at the end the monster is nothing she ever had to fear.
