Fun fact: Chungha only had three days to learn Dream of You's choreo and practice it with the dancers before shooting the performance video. Idk why would her company risk it and put her under such a tight schedule but their experience came through! they all slayed 🥰

Gotta Go is my all-time favourite KPOP song. It's so hard to beat

I think Gotta Go is considered The Song because it was the one that put her in the spotlight. Before that, she was only ChungHa from I.O.I, and then Gotta Go happend and she became the ChungHa, promising solo artists and later on one of the girls that received the title of Queen in the industry alongside HyunA, Hyorin, Sunmi etc.

Roller Coaster was actually her first viral hit and is the one that shot her into stardom, Especially in Korea.

Gotta Go by Chungha, Move by Taemin, and Gashina by Sunmi was The Holy Trinity that got us and the industry chokehold when it was released. Everyone was crazy doing the dance. The power they hold!

These three songs are the holy trinity in chungha's discography for me (along with stay tonight, of course). I wish I could listen to them for the first time, they are just too good. 😩 Now that you mention it, Chungha and Taemin are incredibly talented at dancing and making choreography something special, they just share that presence and style that not everyone has. Now I understand why they are my two favorite soloists 🤣. Thanks for the reaction, it was amazing!

i think a lot of idols danced to gotta go like it was iconic!! i wasn't around at the time but definitely still aware of her impact with that song. i also recommend Killing Me! i absolutely love that song!!

Honestly every idol and their mamas have covered "gotta go" or danced to it at least once, so it's posible you have seen more than one idol or group do it (if I'm not mistaken it was nominated for song of the year both in MAMA and MMA, and it won the Best Dance Award that year )

It might have been ateez seonghwa that you saw dancing to gotta go. That would explain why you remembered the choreography but not the song because I think they sang it while he danced instead of playing the song.

pretty sure gotta go is kinda her take on cinderella's story, which "gotta go" before 12 o'clock (the literal translation of the korean title is "already 12 o'clock/already midnight") and like her hands during the choreo, as she sings the line "it's already midnight" her hands both face upwards and then raises two fingers to represent the hands on the clock telling the time. her choreographer team really did that!! chungha and la chica are the best!!❤❤❤

Great reaction as always :) It might be a far shot since it’s from a while ago but Haechan danced to the chorus of Gotta Go in NCT Life Gapyeong so you might’ve heard/seen a snippet from there? But like a lot of others have said, that song has been covered by idols a lot so could be from anyone haha!

gotta go is the song that blow her up as a SOLOIST, she was already well known celebrity but THIS right here made her name as a soloist, it was so popular, everyone and their fathers were singing and dancing to it, it was so popular among idols too(when tt challenges weren’t even there, i think you saw it somewhere more than once😆), i was so obsessed with this song for the whole year it was released, that’s her the most known and popular song in korea
