ULB normally is a local self government, autonomous body under the Ministry GoI. The powers given to them is limited . However parliamentary election is a country policy making process. we had apprehension about Article 371( A ) Lucky opposition number is strong now. See the example of J&K abrogation of Article 370. Happy and proud that Nagaland voters are smart, responsible and informed citizens.
