For me I just like the information in between Quan sau ... Being able to retrieve and block again and for me I don't know if this is true for you but I would hope it's true for you ... When you block low, I don't use doubler low blocks like double low bong ... It any type of double low block. Its a practice if I block low I am guarding high or interrupting lines and striking high. I don't ever want to leave myself open high ... If it were a knife I could die. So block low ... And block high. Or just keep hands high. Also ... Replace and retrieve. That's me though.
